What is a Life Group?
At The Cause Community Church, we don’t just want to attend church – we want to share life together. As you develop genuine friendships with other believers, you experience growth and victory in your relationship with Jesus. Not only are you ministered to and cared for on a personal basis, but God uses your life experiences, personal testimony, and gifts and abilities to love and minister to others.
A Life Group is a group of people who grow spiritually in authentic community.
Life Groups meets twice a month for a time of fellowship, Bible discussion, and prayer.
What happens in a Life Group?
• You are empowered in your relationship with God.
• You build relationships with others.
Where are Life Group located?
There are various locations throughout Orange County, the San Gabriel Valley, and the Inland Empire. Most Life Groups meet in homes throughout these areas.
Are there different types of Life Groups?
Yes. Most groups are “open”, meaning that anyone is welcome to attend. Because our church is made up of "real" people, we have different types of groups to fit everyone's needs. Some groups even offer child care!
There are also groups that are targeted for a specific type of person, including:
• Married couples
• Men
• Women
• Spanish-speakers
• Young adults, age 18-30ish (also called “Catalyst Life Groups”)
• Junior High and High School students (go to www.themovement.cc for info)
